Chocolate Banana Donuts

These chocolate protein donuts are the ULTIMATE healthy donut recipe. You can’t beat a delicious donut topped with a decadent chocolate glaze!



  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix flour, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder in a large bowl
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, maple syrup, milk, banana, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Gently fold together until a thick batter is formed.
  6. Spray a donut pan with nonstick spray.
  7. Pipe donut batter into the donut pan – Makes 6 medium sized donuts.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
  9. Let donuts cool completely.
  10. Heat chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl for about 1 minute.
  11. Stir together until smooth.
  12. Dip each donut into chocolate glaze.
  13. Mix peanut flour and water in a small bowl.
  14. Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes to let chocolate glaze harden.
