Cocoa Banana Protein Muffins​

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop AMPD protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • Stevia for taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Add more egg whites or coconut oil if the consistency is too dry
  3. Use nonstick muffin pan
  4. Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  5. ENJOY!
