Paleo/Vegan Protein Cakes

INGREDIENTS

3 medium bananas
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter or almond butter (can sub for any nut/seed or soy nut butter)
2 T – 1/4 cup cocoa powder
1-2 scoops AMPD Pro Cacao

HOW TO…

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, grease a small cake pan and set aside.
2. In a small microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, melt your nut butter.
3. In a blender, food processor, or using your hands, combine the bananas, egg whites, cocoa powder, protein powder, and nut butter until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into the greased pans and bake for around 20 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into pieces. Enjoy!
