Our return policy is for unopened products only. The product must be shipped back within 30 days, and a refund will be issued once the product has arrived back at our warehouse. Shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Customers who provide a P.O. Box during checkout will be contacted for an alternate mailing address.
When expecting a shipment, please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Federal Express deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
Our shipping carrier will send a confirmation email to the email address provided at the time of checkout when all, or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first FedEx/USPS scan. The email will include the tracking number, and you can check the status of your order anytime by visiting the FedEx website and entering your tracking code.
AMPD Nutrition reserves the right to refund any order that was placed using an invalid quantity of coupon codes.
If non-compliant to the coupon usage regulations, the order will be refunded and the customer will receive contact to replace the order with the appropriate code.
